New valuation phone app

Mouseprice is about to launch a groundbreaking new telephone application in the UK…

Awaiting approval from Apple within the next couple of weeks, it will give estate agents on the go immediate access to a property’s sales history and the valuation of properties in the neighbourhood.

Such apps in the US have proved astonishingly popular.

In the UK, Mouseprice is part of the company that provides all the Land Registry reports.
