Phil Hardcastle is Coalters Employee of the Month November 2009

It is a great pleasure to award November’s employee of the month to Phil!

Phil has been with Coalters since the Tower House days before we moved to George Hudson Street.  From day one he has been tirelessly enthusiastic.

Orginally Phil worked as a sales valuer but in September 2008, Phil moved to our lettings team to help with the expansion in that area.   Phil has loved learning lettings and helping landlords and tenants.

This month the Coalters team had some very postive things to say about Phil – “good team player”, “always very consistent”, “cheerful”, “keen to help”, “always on the phone”, “good client contact”, “a bit fluffy”, “bears up well when mercilessly having the mick taken!”.

So well done Phil!  Well deserved!
