Amanda Orr is Coalters Employee of the Month January 2010

It gives me great pleasure that Amanda is Employee of the Month for January 2010.

Amanda is an absolute super-star. She is dedicated, keen and absolutely focused on helping Coalters, our customers and everyone she works with.

Amanda’s day to day job is to keep our past customers up to date with the company and to distribute marketing material across York. But she doesn’t stop there – she does lots of viewings to help out, buys cream cakes for the team and provides us all with some entertainment.

Her colleagues were glowing about her recent hard work as she has battled the elements. Comments included “nothing too much trouble”, ” wants team to do well”, “whatever the weather, she is out there”, “enthusiastic”, “excellent job in hard conditions”, “tries to help everybody” and “very positive”.

Amanda first worked for Coalters as a sales progressor but due to a sudden decline in volumes in late 2008, she left the company. I was delighted to be able to bring Amanda back into the team in late 2009 to her current role. She works amazingly hard and is a real credit to us.

So well done Amanda!
