We are on the move
Coalters is moving to new offices at 2 Low Ousegate in June 2011.
Since Coalters was formed in 2007 we've done a lot of growing up. Starting from scratch to becoming an award-winning estate and letting agency hasn't been easy, and would have been impossible without our amazing team, who now total 20 dedicated members of staff. That's ten times the workforce we began with!
With such rapid growth it's become clear that we've outgrown our existing premises on George Hudson Street. So as of June we'll be moving around the corner to 2,700 sq ft premises at 2 Low Ousegate. They are much larger premises — more than double our current office space — and will give us room to expand the business over the coming years.
We've helped thousands of house hunters and tenants find new homes over the past four years, and now we are on the move ourselves. As with all property transactions, location is key — and a more central, prominent location with high footfall and passers-by is great news for our sellers and landlords, as even more potential buyers and tenants will have the opportunity to come and discuss their housing needs with our team.
