Stuart has worked in photography for over 20 years combining his hobby with his career. After joining Coalters eighteen months ago Stuart has gained experience in the industry as well as producing high quality photos. Any spare time is mainly spent with his wife and two young daughters but he also enjoys a round of golf, badminton and watching football.

Chloe is the newest member of the lettings team. She has recently moved to York from Lincoln and has done fantastically since day one. When she’s not at work (which is rare!) she is looking after her daughter Millie. She enjoys keeping active and getting out of the office!

I have been in estate agency for seventeen years and still find it very exciting! I am very passionate about estate agency and it’s great to hear of the new properties coming on to the market. In my job role every day is different and it's great to be out there meeting people and to be part of a winning team. There is always a buzz in the office and our enthusiasm keeps us all highly motivated. If you are in a job that you enjoy and you are getting paid for it as well that is the icing on the cake!
In my spare time I love cooking, swimming and — when I get the chance — sailing which is usually on holiday. Anything to do with boats is my thing. Also pottering around the garden and trying to grow vegetables and watching costume dramas.

Sarah does a fantastic job looking after both landlords and tenants, and succeeds in keeping them all happy! No problem is too big for Sarah and she always finds a positive solution. When she’s not behind her desk Sarah likes to spend time with her family, cooking or reading a good book. She regularly spends her weekends being dragged to classic rally events by her husband Alastair!
