Lettings Property Manager
Our Property Management team offer assistance to the many Coalters tenants and landlords across York.
The calls you receive on a daily basis will be extremely varied and could involve answering queries on the tenancy agreement, explaining the process of extending a contract, or offering guidance on property law.
Occasionally, more complex issues will require a written response, either via email or letter. Final decisions often rest with the owner of the property so mediating between the tenant, the landlord and other departments in Coalters is a major part of the role.
Another important element is to ensure all the necessary documents have been received, recorded and are kept up-to-date. Your role is to balance the multiple demands on your time, ensuring that tenants and landlords receive an excellent service at all times.
Part of this role will include keeping landlords and tenants payments up to date on our bespoke management system. Full training will be provided.
