This was evident from the beginning when Phil arrived to value the property and tell us about Coalters and how they worked. Then, from the office Louise looked after us organising our viewings and giving us feedback and liaising with potential buyers. Finally Tony was appointed to look after the sale once a buyer had been found. He was our point of contact to take us to completing the sale. We were given his direct line number and could call him with any query or an update as the sale progressed.
