Coalters have won several prestigious industry awards for the quality of our service. Here are some of the highlights.
Best estate agency branch in York.
Phil Spencer, Channel 4 presenter of Location Location Location, gave Coalters their award at a swish do in a London hotel. This award was based directly on feedback from our customers so thanks to everyone that responded!
Phil said "It's fantastic to see agents getting the credit they deserve".
Meeting Phil Spencer was one of Louise's proudest moments and she still has the photo on her computer. Winning the award coincided with Coalters one year birthday so we had a big combined celebration!
Best small northern estate agency of the year.
Phew, quite a mouthful of an award. Basically the judges thought we were one of the best agents they’d seen in quite a while with one of them even saying that we were "An inspirational agency we believe will go far". How sweet! Justin and Reuben picked up this award at another posh do right beside the Houses of Parliament in London. This wasn’t the only award we won on the night! See below for the other.
Rising star award
This was a new competition by the leading industry newspaper, The Negotiator. Rob and Reuben donned their finest attire to pick up this award for being one of the rising stars in the estate agency industry. Rob got a bit carried away that night and decided to head off to the casino to celebrate! The highlight was a hilarious speech by Rory Bremner. Unfortunately we didn’t win thousands on the casino!
Innovation in estate agency award
Yes, there is innovation in estate agency! And there is innovation in York! Justin and Reuben received this award for our innovative service CoaltersPlus which is designed to make our properties stand out from our competitors through superior advertising both on the internet and in the local newspaper. The judges were impressed!
